THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mutua Muthoka (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.78 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Kitui, known as Zombe/Ngungi/156, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in Succession Cause No. E171 of 2024, has issued letters of administration in favour of Muthini Mutisya, and whereas the said has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Mutua Muthoka (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mutua Muthoka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
