NOTICE is given to the general public that pursuant to the Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998 (As amended), and the Kenya Information and Communications Regulations 2001 (as amended), PCK, a body corporate established by the Postal Corporation Act (No. 3 of 1998), has applied to the Communications Authority of Kenya for approval to review their private letter box/ bag rental fees owing to the increased costs associated with service delivery. Any person or local authority, company or body of persons devious of making any representation on or objection to the proposed revision must do so vide a letter addressed to: The Director General, Communications Authority of Kenya, CA Centre, Waiyaki Way, P.O. Box 14448 - 00800, Nairobi indicating “Postal Tariff 160 160 Review” on the outside of the cover enclosing it on or before expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and must forward to PCK a copy of the representation or objection.
