NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the disposal of uncollected goods Act (cap.38) laws of Kenya Notice is given to the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KCX O48T, Toyota Passo, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from Mijek Court located at Syokimau within thirty (30) days from date of publication of this notice, upon payment of accumulated parking/ storage charges together with the costs of the publication in any other incidental cost, failure to which the same shall be disposed by the way of Public Auction and proceed of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without further notice Dated the 12th January, 2026.
