Box 50532–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Will Makori (minor), formerly known as Will Nyamweya Makori, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Will Nyamweya Makori, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Will Makori for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Will Makori only.
