NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 688, in Volume DI, Folio 346/3505, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Crispus Ileli Mwene Mavati, of P.O. Box 04000–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Crispus Ileli Kinuva, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Crispus Ileli Kinuva, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Crispus Ileli Mwene Mavati, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Crispus Ileli Mwene Mavati only.
