THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Verona Enterpreses, of P.O. Box 783–20300, Nairobi
in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold
ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.022 hectare or
thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 82/4203, situate in the district of
Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show
that the said certificate of lease have been lost, notice is given that
after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue
a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received
within that period.
