THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Gerald Kimathi Maingi (ID/11609272), is registered
as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land
containing 0.050 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in Kajiado
County, known as Kajiado/Ildamat/1107 and 1095, and whereas
sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title
deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the
expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new
land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within
that period.
