THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Clement Wafula Wambwile, of P.O. Box 906–50200,
Bungoma in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in
absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in Bumula
Sub-county, registered under title No. West Bukusu/South
Mateka/892, by virtue of a green card, and whereas sufficient evidence
has been adduced to show that the said green card issued thereof has
been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days
from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement green card provided
that no objection has been received within that period.
