THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Kariuki Kienjeku (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.3 hectares or thereabout, situate in the Nyandarua County, known as Nyandarua/Mawingo Salient/350, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E19 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Jane Wanjiru Kariuki (ID/0253704), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Paul Kariuki Kienjeku (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Paul Kariuki Kienjeku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
