THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipkoech Toroitich (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the county of Baringo, known as Pokor/Keben/Ngendalel/43, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrates Court at Eldama Ravine in Succession Cause No. E7 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Targok Mararsoi Kipkoech, (2) John Kirwa Koech and (3) Paulina Jeptoo Kipkoech, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipkoech Toroitich (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipkoech Toroitich (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
