THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paulina Jepketer Moiya alias Jepketer Kobot Kipkosgey (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in Nandi County, known as Nandi/Kamobo/602, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E276 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Michael Kosgei and (2) Priscah Jerobon Maindi, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission and issue of land title deed to the said (1) Michael Kosgei and (2) Priscah Jerobon Maindi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Paulina Jepketer Moiya alias Jepketer Kobot Kipkosgey (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
