REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josephine Njoki Karanja, of P.O. Box 1677–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, was registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0283 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Shanzu Scheme/599, and whereas a decree in the Chief’s Magistrate’s Court at Mombasa ELC No. 38 of 2018 declaring that the suit property belongs to the Plaintiff Gilbert Musembi and further cancelling/revoking title to 2nd defendant Josephine Njoki Karanja, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new certificate of title as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
