NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1070, in Volume D1, Folio 395/3991, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Beatrice Wanjeri Mariiyu, of P.O. Box 70, Ol-Kalou in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Beatrice Wanjeri Mburu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Beatrice Wanjeri Mburu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Beatrice Wanjeri Mariiyu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Beatrice Wanjeri Mariiyu only.
