TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th January, 2026 CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2025 By (1) Zipporah Wangechi Muriu and (2) Edward Waweru Gicheni, both of P.O. Box 474, Mtwapa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gibson Gicheni Muriu, who died at Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 21st November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
