TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025 By Emmy Kageha Govoga, of P.O. Box 23540–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kisingula Mboku, late of Kegondi, who died on 22nd June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2025 By (1) Christopher Ongale Manyasa and (2) Victor Tindi Manyasa, both of P.O. Box 811, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Manyasa Ongale alias John Manyasa Ong’ale, late of Kakamega, who died on 2nd October, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
