TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025 By (1) Teresa Waihuini Mathenge and (2) Samuel Kibira Mathenge, both of P.O. Box 3034, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Stephen Mathenge Kibira, who died on 14th August, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
