TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2025 By (1) John Gathama Maingi and (2) Mary Wanjiku Maingi, both of P.O. Box 34365–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Nyambura Maingi, who died at Mwaki Mugi Sub- location, on 29th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
