CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2025 By Bilha Kayeli Mutuku, of P.O. Box 24860–00502, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Mutuku Ndungi, late of Machakos, who died at Poplar Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd October, 2024. THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th January, 2026 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
