Box 3827–30200, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Some Biwot, who died on 15th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2025 By (1) Nishi Aashish Shah, (2) Krina Shah Mukesh and (3) Ekta Mukesh Shah, all of P.O. Box 3427–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the executrices named in the deceased’s will, through Messrs. Ngigi Mbugua & Co., advoactes of Eldoret, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Mukesh Keshavji Shah, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd June, 2016. CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2025 By (1) Lagat Esther Chemaiyo and (2) Willy Kosgei, both of P.O. Box 4940–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Lagat, who died on 19th October, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
