TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E370 OF 2025 By Nazlin Shakur Kanji, of P.O. Box 43087–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, through Messrs. Chege & Sang Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khatija Shakoor Kara Kanji, who died at Parklands, on 11th September, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
