TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E681 OF 2025 By Eric Njeru Mugo, of P.O. Box 76407–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caroline J. Njeru alias Caroline Jessie Njeru alias Carol Muthoni Njeru, who died at Kinoo, on 7th May, 2006. CAUSE NO. E686 OF 2025 By (1) Hannah Ngendo Mburu, (2) Paul Gitau Mburu and (3) Louis Kinyanjui Mburu, all of P.O. Box 22768–00505, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, through Messrs. Petersons Angwenyi & Associates, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Mburu, who died at Nairobi Adventist Hospital in Kenya, on 5th April, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
