TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E423 OF 2025 By (1) Jane Muthoni Njoroge and (2) Beatrice Wainoe Njehia, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Njuguna, who died at Wanyororo, on 15th Fenruary, 2021. CAUSE NO. E550 OF 2025 By (1) Simon Nding’uri Kiiru and (2) Caroline Wangari Ndinguri, both of P.O. Box 26, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dianah Munyiva Kiiru, who died at Marana Sub-location, on 7th June, 2015. CAUSE NO. E575 OF 2025 By (1) Samwel Kirui Mbogu and (2) Elizabeth Wangui Mbugu, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugu Ruhangi, who died at Kampi ya moto, on 17th September, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
