Box 14219–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Mokuru Ngure, who died at Kamiruri, on 10th May, 2000. CAUSE NO. E648 OF 2025 By Patrick Mutahi Ndugo, of P.O. Box 703, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndugo Mutahi, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 7th August, 2007. CAUSE NO. E673 OF 2025 By Benson Ngugi Mbuthia, of P.O. Box 188, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuthia Kimani Macheri, who died at Mwaragania, on 9th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E700 OF 2025 By (1) John Thiga Mbugua and (2) David Kimani Mbuguah, both of P.O. Box 12973–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Nduta Thiga, who died at Kahuho, on 1st April, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
