CAUSE NO. E476 OF 2025 By Pakiro Odeke Kennedy, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Tata Omula, who died at Busia, on 2nd January, 2011. CAUSE NO. E358 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Iseren Osigwar and (2) Daniel Mutoto, both of P.O. Box 293–50400, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Irukan Mtoto, who died on 2nd January, 1993. CAUSE NO. E496 OF 2025 By Maximus Shikuku Apwokha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okotsi Nanyumba, who died at Busia, on 1st August, 1969.
