TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 118 OF 2025 By Mukuyuni Evans Karungani, of P.O. Box 1628, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kakai Kakai Warungani alias Kakai Karungani, who died at Kibisi, on 24th June, 1979. CAUSE NO. E318 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Wafula Kiberenge and (2) Rose Mukhwana Watimah, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiberenge Sabuni Muresia alias Kiberenge Muresia Sabuni, who died at Maraka, on 6th March, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
