E246 OF 2025 By Annah Nduta Kariuki, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kariuki Kamau, who died at Mutomo Sub-location, on 23rd July, 2024. Box 2801, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wandia Njuguna, who died at Matara Sub-location, on 9th November, 1968. CAUSE NO. E311 OF 2025 By Margaret Nyokabi Thiong’o, of P.O. Box 8862–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbocho Gitau, who died at Ritho Sub– location, on 26th May, 2013. CAUSE NO. E363 OF 2025 By (1) Philip Githongo Wambui and (2) Samuel Muiru Githongo, the deceased’s son and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charity Wambui Githongo, who died at Beleview South Hospital in Kenya, on 6th January, 2021.
