TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2025 By Lucy Karuthu M’Marete, of P.O. Box 3279–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ringera Geoffrey Gatari, who died at Chuka Hospital in Kenya, on 30th October, 2024. CAUSE NO. E338 OF 2025 By Josphat Mutwiri Ikiao, of P.O. Box 1077–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwenda Festus Ikiao, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 14th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
