TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2025 By (1) Faith Wambui Gichuki and (2) Magdaline Kathure Gaichu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Mugweru Makiri alias Benson Makiri Mugweru, who died on 21st August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2025 By Grace Chesang Chumo, of P.O. Box 94, Kitugumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walterson Kipkosgei Rono, who died on 24th May, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
