TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2025 By Mary Wanjiru Irungu, of P.O. Box 214–10201, Kahuro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Irungu Koimbi Kawe alias Peter Irungu Kawe, who died on 14th February, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
