TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By (1) Keziah Waruguru Njunge and (2) Cecilia Njeri Njunge, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Njunge Francis Njoroge, who died at District Hospital, Mbagathi in Kenya, on 7th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2025 By (1) Serah Sikinan Lemaidiki and (2) Barack Mayiana Lemaidiki, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mokato Nkiminis Molosua, who died at Enkaroni, on 6th June, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
