TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2025 By Peter Kioi Nganga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cicilia Muthoni Miruru, who died at Olkeri, on 5th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2025 By (1) Pulei Saitwa Ene and (2) Leisanka ole Pulei, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parsilanke ole Nakoya, who died at Kisamis, on 6th May, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
