CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2025 By Esther Wanjiru Kingatwa, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Wangui Kingatwa, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2025 By (1) Godfrey Kimani Ndungu and (2) Maryann Wanjiru Njuguna, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiku Waweru Njuguna, who died at Ngong, on 27th October, 2017.
