Box 220–40603, Ng’iya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Ogutu Odera, who died on 24th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E432 OF 2025 By (1) Florence Atieno Otwoma, (2) Turphosa Akinyi Njoni and (3) Jenipher Atieno Juma, the deceased’s sister-in-law, niece and daughetr, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Amenga Oburu, who died at Nyamila, on 24th August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E503 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Otieno Onani and (2) Joshua Ouma Onani, both of P.O. Box 93, Sawagongo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvanus Onani Okumu alias Silvano Onani, who died at Kagilo Sub-location, on 16th September, 1986. CAUSE NO. E548 OF 2025 By Rosemary Achieng Aduda, of P.O. Box 44, Sawagongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silfanus Aduda alias Aduda Akwiri, who died at Siriwo, on 28th December, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
