Box 52585–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Aming’a Malo, who died at Nyadorera “A”, on 29th May, 2007. THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th January, 2026 CAUSE NO. E393 OF 2024 By George Osolo Ongesa, of P.O. Box 255–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ohito Ohadha, who died on 6th August, 1973. CAUSE NO. E286 OF 2025 By George Osanyo Opondo, of P.O. Box 24, Sega in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monica Achieng Osanyo, who died at Jera, on 9th April, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
