TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E337 OF 2025 By Joseph Oduor Omonge, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Ogutu Omonge, who died at Ulamba Sub-location, on 4th June, 1994. CAUSE NO. E523 OF 2025 By Philister Nyawara Ojwang, of P.O. Box 27–40610, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Adhiambo Oluoch alias Adhiambo Radiara, who died on 19th January, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
