TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E497 OF 2025 By (1) Jacob Onyango Machuka and (2) Stephen Otieno Ogada, both of P.O. Box 34–40117, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogada Nyadua, who died at South Kapuonja Sub-location, on 5th April, 1996. CAUSE NO. E675 OF 2025 By Margaret Anyango Awori, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. N. Otunga & Associate, advocates of Kisumu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Moi Guya Ondundo alias Ogonda Kuya, who died at Marera Sub-location, on 11th April, 2010.
