TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E411 OF 2024 By (1) Haroun Onyango Abuso, (2) Wyclife Ochieng Abuso and (3) Gordone Odhiambo Angullo, all of P.O. Box 549, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caren Oyugi Abuso, who died at Kanam, on 5th September, 2006. CAUSE NO. E324 OF 2025 By Joel Mirinya Akech, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phelemon Akech Mirinya alias Philemon Akech Mirinya, who died at Ogongo Sub-location, on 2nd December, 1999. CAUSE NO. E329 OF 2025 By Samuel Sure Ojulu, of P.O. Box 62, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayugi Nyilima, who died at Kotieno, on 1st August, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
