TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2024 By (1) Kennedy Kipkeino Ndiwa, (2) Sharon Nancy Cherop and (3) Sammy Kyle Ptallah, all of P.O. Box 98–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elyvalet Sakana Shingo, who died at Chepkoyo Sub-location, on 9th June, 2025. CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2025 By John Kamadi Momanyi, of P.O. Box 1180–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edina Evayo Edagwa, who died at Kitengela, on 5th September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
