TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By Annah Wanyua Mutua, of P.O. Box 856–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alphonce Nzomo Mutua, who died at Njoro, on 25th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2025 By Christine Chepyego Kiprono, of P.O. Box 3877, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Yego Kiprono, who died at District Hospital, Kitale in Kenya, on 24th August, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
