TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E205 OF 2025 By (1) Jemutai Kabon Cheruiyot and (2) Julius Kiptarus Kiplagat, both of P.O. Box 1048–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Cheruyot Kiplagat, who died at Keiyo, on 10th March, 2009. CAUSE NO. E366 OF 2025 By Ruth Jepchumba Maritim, of P.O. Box 4–30135, Waunifor in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maritim Rotich, who died at Kapomboi Sub-location, on 25th April, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
