Box 1441–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Chemjor Sitienei, who died at Tugen Estate, on 14th December, 1995. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2025 By Margaret Wairimu Mutahi, of P.O. Box 1125–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Kariuki Wanjohi, who died at Machinary, on 1st July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2025 By Joseph Sitienei Kerich, of P.O. Box 3177–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibusio Kerich Chepngetich, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
