TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E365 OF 2025 By Alfred Kimeli Kemei, of P.O. Box 271–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Jepkosgei Yano, who died on 10th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E385 OF 2025 By Ann Wangari Kairie, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonah Kiarie Njoroge, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
