TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2025 By (1) Eliud Kipyego Koech, (2) Amos Kiptanui Rotich and (3) Daniel Kipkemboi Koech, all of P.O. Box 4, Nandi Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech Kirui, who died at District Hospital, Eldoret, on 7th August, 1986. CAUSE NO. E398 OF 2025 By (1) Rotich Kiprop Richard and (2) Magdalene Kuto, both of P.O. Box 348, the deceased’s widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Malakwen Kuto, who died at Cheperit, on 17th October, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
