TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By Nicholas Cheserek Chesang, of P.O. Box 67–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Teriki Loti, who died at Keturwo Sub-location, on 11th October, 2023. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2025 By Jeniffer Chepchieng, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Kipkoech Chebii, who died at Forces Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 5th June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
