TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E645 OF 2021 By Fredrick Gichana Onsongo, of P.O. Box 9112–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Miruka, who died at Kisii Township, on 10th August, 2002. CAUSE NO. E279 OF 2025 By Sebela Kinanga Omariba, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Omariba Ongera, who died at Nyakeiri, on 15th April, 1980. CAUSE NO. E492 OF 2025 By Akumu Ombui, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombui Momanyi, who died at Mwamosioma. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
