TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2025 By Nkuniniai Soipano ene Merumu, of P.O. Box 30, Nkararo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiken Mosori alias Kiken Mosori Olenalutu, who died at Olmotonyi, on 22nd May, 2016. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2025 By (1) Kingasunye Ololtukai and (2) Nareyio ene Kale, both of P.O. Box 89, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lekakeny Ololktukai alias ole Kerian Olesapoki, who died at Oronkai, on 10th August, 2009. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2025 By Naibartoni Enole Tua, the deceased’s spouse, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mooset ole Ololtuwua, who died on 2nd January, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
