E15 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Solonka Miaron and (2) Medidingi ole Miaron, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miaron ole Nkarrashi, who died on 8th March, 1986. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025 By Lucy Nashipae Lemunke, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ngunyi Kimani, who died at Oloolopon Sub-location, on 16th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2025 By (1) Dennis Gitonga Mwitih and (2) Mayiani Sakimba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sakimba ole Mitambo, who died at Illasit Sub-location, on 14th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
