TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2025 By Shalleth Mghoi Rando, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Woresha Mgenyi alias Peter Woresha Mghenyi, who died at Mraru Sub-location, on 30th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2025 By (1) Judith Chepkurui and (2) Agnes Chebet, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat Korir Ezra, who died at Kasarani, on 20th April, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
