TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th January, 2026 CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025 By James Ndau Mwashangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Derrick Mwashangi Ndau alias Mwashangi Ndau, who died at Moi Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 1994. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2025 By Patson Asaaf Maganga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salome Mlamba Maganga, who died on 5th December, 2011. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2025 By Patson Asaaf Maganga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amrafel Mlamba Maganga alias Amraphael M. Maghanga, who died at Mwachawaza, on 24th August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
