TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2025
By (1) Peter Aloyce Kivunga and (2) Mutua Kyeva Kaluti, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloyce
Mbithi Kivunga alias Aloysius Kivunga, who died at Coast Province
General Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd September, 1982.
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025
By Gladys Wanjala Kori, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hamphred Kori Noel
Mwatati, who died at Mewa Hospital in Kenya, on 17th October,
2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
